ESThe location is the best thing, arriving from the airport and then leaving was really easy. Also there’s a supermarket 3 minutes away, as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Also there are a few buses that can take you to Piccadilly easily and the stops are less than a minute away from the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The bed was ok. Everything smelled clean. We only went to the hotel to sleep so for us was ok.
The sheets were clean but stained, the sink’s and shower’s faucet were hard to close, and finally the toilet’s cistern didn’t work properly and would throw lots of water. Also the walls are very thin and we could hear everything from next door, which was a bit annoying

Was sent to room that was compelely left from the night before then he took us to a different room that was still dirty this is after waiting ages at the desk for service overall hygiene of the building felt poor we decided not to stay and wasn’t offered any refund of comprnsaion just his argument that he said he was sorry
