Sehr zentrale Lage, Ausstattung einfach, aber akzeptabel.

Zimmer muss lange von Raucher bewohnt gewesen sein. Trotz einstündige Lüftung kehrte der Geruch nach wenigen Minuten bei geschlossenem Fenster zurück. Gegenüber auf der Baustelle wohl Trocknungsanlage, jedenfalls ununterbrochen lautes Geräusch. Deshalb nachts Fenster öffnen unmöglich. Unterkunft hatte zwar vorher die Baustelle erwähnt, die nächtliche Lärmbelästigung aber nicht.
