Perfect location, couple of minutes by foot from train station. Comfortable beds. View from the room was amazing.

The neighboors upstairs were a bit loud - but this does not have anything to do with the accomodation. Due to location, on more lively nights could be a bit louder due to surrounding bars.

clear instructions how to obtain the key from the host. you can drive up directy in front of the apartment to unload, then select a free street-parking location 2-5 minutes walk away (looked safe to me). apartment is located in a no-car-area directly within several restaurants and 100 m from the ferry-terminal from where you can go to bellagio in 40 minutes 3-4 times per day. a day-ticket costs some 17.50 euro and allows trips to all sights along lake como within a day, allowing returning for dinner to your apartment. the apartment was large enough, clean and had everything we needed. we found it at 80 euro a great bargain for this area. staying at colico and ferrying around avoids difficult roads around como lake and the crowds around tourist spots (you can ferry away whenever it's getting too crowded)

Siamo stati gia 2 volte in questa struttura. Le valutazioni sulla camera derivano da questo. Camera pulita, centrale, in ordine. Non comodissimo parcheggio, ma siamo a colico in centro. Normale. Un po' di casino perche le finestre non sono isolate la notte, ma di per se un ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo, almeno fuori stagione. Ora, era la terza volta che prenotavo. Prenoto il 15, il 17 dobbiamo entrare ma la mia ragazza sta male il giorno stesso. Chiedo appena so (circa 5-6 ore prima) se si possa cancellare gratuitamente (preciso che non era previsto, quindi anche un, no secco sarebbe stato scortese, ma comprensibile, sicuramente non da valutazione alta, ma anche non bassissima cosi). Mi viene detto di no, ma accettano di spostare le date entro maggio... al che chiedo se possibile 28-29 maggio, o al limite il giorno dopo, 19 maggio, scomodo per noi, ma meglio che buttare i soldi. Dopo una serie di messaggi, su due giorni, con risposta ogni mediamente 5 ore, e dopo che mi viene detto se vuoi blocchiamo lunedi e io chiedo un ultima volta se possibile il 28 o 29 perche davvero, sarebbe solo per non buttare i soldi, loro spariscono. Niente risposta a messaggio. Solo mandaci una recensione positiva tramite messaggio booking. Whatsapp morto. Parliamoci chiaro. Era palese che andava bene finche la casa era vuota... appena hanno visto ci fosse una richiesta di prenotazione... ciao. Mi spiace, perche saremmo sicuramente tornati anche altre volte, per 80 euro perdersi cosi davvero poco. Sopratutto sul modo di gestire la cosa, ripetendo, che la cancellazione era non rimborsabile. Ma da qualcuno che e' gia stato 2 volte li .... si capisce che non era una scusa campata per aria la nostra... e soprattutto pessima la gestione dopo.

The location was nice and the lake water was warm

The room was a bit humid and we couldn't find the remote for the air conditioning, but maybe that was part of the Italy experience
