L'isolation phoniques des chambres pourrait être amélioré en améliorant le système de fermeture des fenêtres.

La propreté de l'hôtel

Une formation au personnel sur l'acceuil du client est nécessaire surtout sur l'agent (femme avec angles) , par ailleurs le client n'a pas besion d'écouter la problématique et les histoires du personnel.
