l'emplacement et le calme

l'acces au parking etait limtรฉ par un horraire ( je pense de 07h00 a 23h55 ) chose qui n'a pas ete mentionnรฉ ni indiquรฉ lors de ma reservation ni lors de la reception de la carte d'acces au parking ) et a cause de ce manque d'information j'ai du prendre mes deux enfants sous une forte pluies pour arriver a ma chambre en pleine nuit (vers 01h00). et meme si j'ai contacter l'un des receptioniste pour m'ouvrire la porte d'acces au parking , il ma dit que les regles sont definis !!!
