"Lady very kind"

Lady at the reception was super staff, she even brought our backpacks delivered up to our room. Real Tatami. Dining room. Easy and quick check in

Position very close to Gion, but on the main road, therefore noisy. For long stay (we stayed 4 nights) cleaning is not included

愛犬と宿泊でした。 小型から中型犬用のゲージとトイレが完備されていて驚きました。 今回屋上のドッグランを使うタイミングがなかったのですが、景色は最高だそうです。 親子3人とペット1匹だったので布団でしたが、2人ならベットだったのかな？ また、すぐ利用したいと思います！ ありがとうございました！

"Vue sur la montagne et une pagode!"

Emplacement idéal dans Gion. On s’est rendu à pied à plusieurs sanctuaires et temples bouddhistes, dans les rues de Gion où on a aperçu des geishas se rendant au salon de thé, de splendides parcs avec des jardins japonais (le Palais impérial). L’épicerie Fresco à 2 coins de rue et le Lawson en face nous a permis d’acheter de très bons produits. Il y a une crêperie et un restaurant indien à proximité en plus des nombreux restaurants japonais. La balade le long de la rivière Kawa, les ruelles avec les haies d’azalées en fleurs et les maisons typiques ajoutent un charme à cette belle ville qu’est Kyoto.

On a dormi sur des futons et non dans un lit surélevé…disons qu’à 73 ans, se lever le matin était plutôt une scène comique. Notez que je savais pour le futon…

Location was excellent as it was in the heart of Gion and walking distance from Kiyomizu and Kodaiji temple.. Lady at the reception was extremely helpful and nice..

It was at the main road and there was lot of noise at night.. So was not easy to sleep..

"Great place and value very well located at Gion district."

The location is unbeatable, you will be just in the middle of Gion Area with a combini store just in front and a second one 25m away. Inside the apartment it is very comfortable with a nice closet to put away your luggage. Very nice living/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa. Fortunately our apartment was oriented to the back of the building, so, even the building is located in from the Main Street, it was very quiet at night. You will also have very nice big window doors from where you can have a glance of Kyoto, with a nice small balcony.

The bathroom is tight, but I would say bigger than our previous stay in Tokyo, but, remember you are in Japan. Even thought it is tight, I would say it was good to Japan and Kyoto standards.
