Complete set of utensils in the kitchen was appreciated.

We had a very disappointing experience at this property, and unfortunately what was meant to be a relaxing holiday turned into a stressful and uncomfortable stay. First of all: I would strongly advise against booking this place through Booking.com if you need to communicate anything important in advance. The property did not read or respond properly to the messages we sent through the platform. In fact, they even told us that they do not check the Booking.com platform messages. This is unacceptable if they are using Booking.com to receive reservations, especially when guests are specifically instructed to inform the property in advance about important details such as travelling with a dog. The listing stated that guests should inform the property in advance if travelling with a dog, which we did. However, when we arrived, we were told that the cabin we had booked was not pet-friendly. This was not clearly indicated in the room selection on Booking.com, and because no one had checked our messages, the issue was only discovered at check-in. Fortunately, they had an alternative cabin available, but it was offered at the same price despite being significantly worse than the one we had originally booked. The original cabin included a private sauna; the replacement did not. Instead, we were offered only one free pass to the public sauna, which was not adequate compensation. The replacement cabin was uncomfortable, unsafe, and clearly not properly prepared for guests. The bed was located on a very steep upper level where it was not even possible to stand up properly. The staircase leading to the bed was extremely steep and narrow, with steps so small that they did not even fit the length of a foot. This made going up and down genuinely dangerous. Our dogs fell down because there was not enough space for them to descend safely, and we ourselves also struggled to use the stairs without feeling at risk.

Leuke /mooie ligging aan het water. De tuin was omheind. Accommodatie zag er netjes en onderhouden uit.

De stoelen binnen(vooral de eetkamerstoelen)zaten niet erg lekker voor langer gebruik. Er lagen nogal veel dode kleien vliegjes of muggen. Deze verwijdert en lagen er de volgende dag weer. Dus dit lag niet aan de schoonmaak waarschijnlijk. Raamhorren zouden niet overbodig zijn.

Also unser Haus war leider nicht so sauber geputzt, wir haben noch Schuhe unterm Bett gefunden somit konnte man sehen das nicht drunter geputzt wurde, aber von der Ausstattung her, ist alles da was man braucht bzw ist es auch schön eingerichtet! Die Lage von dem Park ist sehr gut gelegen!

Also ich finde es könnte alles in Allem besser beschriftet sein, wir hatten Kinder dabei und nirgendwo stand zum Beispiel etwas wo und wann was an Animation ist!

We hadden een Cabana en het is ontzettend leuk met alle raampjes rondom. Voelt heel open aan en waar je ook keek, zag je bomen.

Monteur laten langskomen voor een defect aan de keuken. Wel meteen opgelost. Stofzuiger ontbrak, maar we hebben netjes geveegd. Het was helaas ook niet schoon.
