The location was excellent, and I really appreciated the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. It was a relaxing environment and one of the highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, there was dog hair on the bedding, pillows, and chairs. I suffer from dog allergies, and had I known that dogs were permitted to sleep on the beds and furniture, we would not have booked this accommodation. I believe guests should be clearly informed of this, especially for allergy related reasons. I was also disappointed with the customer service at reception. The staff would not acknowledge or assist waiting guests until they had completely finished with the person they were helping. Even when I only had a quick question, I was ignored until it was my turn. A simple acknowledgment would have made a significant difference to the guest experience. I feel that the level of customer service at reception could be improved. Overall, while the location was wonderful, the cleanliness concerns and customer service issues negatively affected our stay.

Locatie van het park is goed. Het park zelf ziet er goed uit.

Huisje voldeed in geen enkele manier aan onze redelijke verwachtingen. De foto's zijn niet indicatief voor wat je krijgt (voor huisje B15) Veel achterstallig onderhoud.

maar erg gedateerd chalet. Ook niet heel erg schoon, erg vochtig. Personeel weinig gezien, maar niet onder indruk van gastvrijheid. Ook fout gemaakt waardoor we het park al na 1 dag niet meer op konden rijden met de auto

Dat er Duitse jongeren tegenover ons zaten die de muziek tot laat aanhadden en die overstemde zelfs de tv. En het nummer dat we belde was niet 24 uur dus we konden het pas de volgende dag doorgeven. Gelukkig was het de avond erna niet meer.
