The location of the property is lovely, perfect for walking, cycling, and chilling.

There are many secrets that cannot be discovered before reservation! For instance, they charge you for sheets and towels! Although you are supposed to return the property clean, it was not fully clean when we arrived. The dishwasher was not working, microwave had a problem. The beds were super dirty! There is no 24/7 reception for a complex with over 300 chalets.

Výborná poloha, kousek od vlaku, přítomnost restaurace a obchůdku, půjčení kol. Možnost zaparkovat auto u ubytování je taky super.

Domky dost vybydlené, zatuchlé, teplá voda byla jen pro 1x osobu, pro zbytek jen studená voda! Nefungoval odtok vody, nefungovala myčka, sprchový kout nešel zavřít. Překvapilo mne že jsme si na místě musely dokoupit povlečení a samozřejmě toaletní papír byl jen jeden. Houbičku na nádobí také nečekejte! Důležité je i zmínit množství letadel co Vám budou neustále lítat nad hlavou - i v noci!

The park is nice and well-maintained. The bungalow is clean and comfortable. The train station is far on foot, so having a car is ideal. It is not suitable for relaxation, airplanes fly over the park at a low altitude every 2-3 minutes. Although the stay was expensive, it was necessary to pay extra for towels and bed linens. I paid for the stay several months in advance. I paid the deposit and the fee for bedding and towels two days before departure via international payment, and I sent the payment confirmation by email. Nevertheless, a few hours before the trip, I kept receiving emails saying that if the payment was not credited, they would not give us the keys in the mailbox. I was really afraid that with a small baby we would end up on the street. It ruined my looking forward to the stay.

Because our arrival time was outside the reception's opening hours, I had to pay a deposit of 300 EUR and 40 EUR for bed linen by bank transfer. In response to my questions on how to pay, artificial intelligence replied with general answers for several days. Only after a follow-up through Booking.com did I finally receive instructions on how to pay the 340 EUR two days before departure. After that, I additionally ordered towels for 40 EUR. The receptionist sent an incorrect invoice for 80 EUR again for bed linen and towels, stating that the payment for the bed linen had not yet been recorded in the system, so an invoice could not be issued for just the towels. I therefore paid only the missing 40 EUR for the towels and sent confirmation of payment for a total of 380 EUR. Our stay ended 3 weeks ago and the deposit of 300 EUR has still not been returned, and I keep receiving reminders that I have not paid 40 EUR for the bed linen. My emails often go unanswered until follow-ups, when they write that they will resolve the situation, and nothing happens. Really terrible experience. ...
