Good location for us (we were at an event at Sugar Factory), 20 mins walk to the train station. Decent sized fridge which came in handy. Beds were comfy. Staff were pleasant.

Accommodation was basic, no washing up liquid and they forgot to put dishwasher tablets in. No toaster. The shower had mould in it. They gave us one toilet roll between 3 people over 4 nights. Reception shut between 5-6pm each day which made things difficult when we needed help. They have a taxi company they work with, but they charge extortionate prices and you can only book with them when the reception is open. The restaurant shuts early so when we were stranded because of the storm, we couldn’t eat. I also thought it was a bit cheeky to charge to put bedding on and have towels - who takes their own bedding on holiday?

We enjoyed the on site restaurant, staff was friendly. and make great coffee! Very convenient the Euro Parcs site being a nice 15/20 minute walk from the train station. Great cycling and running routes around the area.

Upon arrival, we did not feel welcomed by the staff, we felt they was rude and not very helpful at all. We had an issue with themselves and booking.com regarding a fee they requested 600 euros (Damage Deposit) however it looks as if it was taken from booking.com the morning of departure as well as the remaining deposit. (This has since been dealt with and case closed.) I appreciate it was not their problem, however a better company would have dealt with customer assistance a lot better & a lot more professional. Even when we asked for assistance from their manager 'Roxanne' - we quickly realised why the staff had a poor understanding of customer service, if that is whom manages them. I don't understand the need for additional bed linen costs & towel costs separately.. An Idea: Just add them onto the overall price of the stay? The apartment looked great on the website, it did not match the reality.... - The flooring in the apartment was damaged, the vinyl flooring was puckering up. - A dead bug splatted on the wall (after being cleaned?) - The shower leaking onto the floor (which europarcs must have known as there was a squeegee in the shower room.) - Upstairs bed rooms I wouldn't accept by pet dog sleeping on such a small mattress. - Kitchen cupboards felt like they was falling to bits, one of the doors actually came off when opened. - Outdoor furniture was nothing like the pictures had shown, pictures shown a nice corner sofa styled area. It was in fact a cheap patio set you would never purchase. - The TV was the same size of a PC screen. Overall we enjoyed our experience in Holland, we found the transport links were incredible and the location of the site really is a selling point for this property! We'll be back to Holland, however we will not be choosing this accomodation to be our base in the future which is a shame!

Easy to find resort, and reception.

The main receptionist wasnt particular helpful. Provided limited information, and not overly friendly. We found the younger girl in reception to be more friendly and willing to go above and beyond to assist us. Also, we arrived earlier than planned (around 12:00), however we weren’t able to get the keys for our accommodation until 16:00. An early check in option would be useful.

Tæt på tog til Amsterdam. 25 minutters hyggelig tur på gåben. 2 stop til Amsterdam. Meget let. Jeg var vild med, at der var vilde papegøjer.

Nu er vi virkelig nefei detaljer : døren til toilettet og døren til soveværelset var hele tiden i karambolage 😂

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet.

Es war nicht das Haus, dass auf den Bildern abgebildet war, deswegen auch sehr enttäuschend. Auch wurde es von der Receptionistin bestätigt dass die Bilder falsch waren, wurde aber nichts unternommen. Es war auch nicht sauber .
