Hotel Agora Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Prima hotel met fantastisch personeel. Alleen het balkon was erg klein, hier paste geen stoel op.

There is so much about this hotel we love. The staff is simply amazing. They provide a wealth of information about local restaurants and best shopping. The rooms, pools, and jacuzzi were all kept so beautiful. The cleaning staff go above and beyond. Breakfast is a huge delicious buffet. You can order dinner at the hotel restaurant and it comes fresh and hot! Hotel Agora runs like a family. There is a sense of pride among everyone working there. It exudes happiness and professionalism.

The hotel was located close to beaches, local shops and restaurants. Hotel facilities also included a bar, restaurant, pool, hot tub and had ample onsite parking. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, and also offered delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotels room were a good size, the AC ran nice and cold (essential in the Neapolitan heat). The rooms were also spotlessly clean and comfortable. But, I would say what was really special about this hotel was the staff they were simply amazing, so friendly and helpful. Hotel Agora definitely had the family run feel with all the bells and whistles of a big chain hotel. I would say it is perfect for all groups families, couples and singles. I would absolutely go back!

I always love coming to Hotel Agora. The staff is always amazing, and the hotel is spotless. They make this place feel like home. The dedication and commitment from every single staff member are unbelievable; they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The accommodations are top-notch, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms that cater to every need. The amenities, including the spa, gym, and pool, are exceptional and add to the overall experience. The dining options are diverse and delicious, offering something for everyone. I would also like to thank each one of them: Rafaela, Gianni, Daniela, Claudia, Vicente, Mauricio, Antonio, and Arturo. Christian, you have an amazing crew. Recently stayed there while on a business trip for over a month. I loved all of the employees that I had interaction with, they all were super friendly and so helpful to any of my needs while I was there. The food that is delivered there is also great and a nice variety to pick from. It's a great vacation spot to get away from the busy downtown craziness. Also close to some other wonderful dinning area's if you don't want to order in. Close to the beaches. A very safe and clean place to be.

The staff is great. All of the amenities are wonderful. The pool with all the lounge chairs. There is plenty of outdoor seating poolside for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food menu consists of local restaurants that deliver to the hotel. The large breakfast is great from local pastries and traditional items like eggs bacon. We will definitely be coming back.

The place to stay when visiting Napoli. Great service, hospitality and accommodations. Breakfast was great with so many choices. Love the fresh orange juice machine and cappuccino/ espresso maker every morning. Vincent you’re the best. Thank you to all.

Very cheerful and helpful receptionists. Rafaela was wonderful to share stories about the area. Great breakfast with fresh orange juicing machine. If you want to eat in the daytime or at night, they have an arrangement with a local restaurant to deliver complete meals to their dining room. The barman overlooking the dining room was very pleasant and friendly also. Great spacious room with rain shower and a upholstered chair and an officer chair. Great bedside lighting for reading.

I arrived late in the evening and Antonio was there with a warm smile and greeting. That was the theme throughout my visit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. I had an issue with a leak during a rain storm and before I knew it the leak was fixed and the mess was cleaned up. The breakfast was lovely they offer in the morning with lots of options and fresh juices. The property is well kept and it felt very safe to walk around. The bed was comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. I had a wonderful experience and thank you to Raffi, Claudia, Vincent. Antonio and Maurizio from the front desk. In addition to the housekeeping staff and bartenders everyone was great.
