Guests highly rate the clean and comfortable rooms and frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff.
We chose this hotel over a cheaper won because it had a pool. We had our grandson along and were really looking forward to using the pool. The staff didn't seem to know when it would be fixed and didn't seem to care. The breakfast was good. The ice machines have not been working since this summer. How is every ice machine broken. They could purchase ice bags so guest could have ice. Last time we stayed here the staff seemed more willing to help us. We will be calling before we book next time.

Stay was ok. No Diet Coke and no ice. Front desk was not very friendly. The room was nice and the trains rocked us to sleep all night.
Overall it was a great stay.
No internet. No ice anywhere in the hotel.
A road trip to the Texas Panhandle to go bird watching led us to Canadian. The Oasis Best Western was well-reviewed and the price was right. We were on the ground floor. The room was clean and reasonably lit. Bathroom was well lit. Comfortable bed. AC a little noisy. Staff was friendly and check in was quick. Great location if you want to walk around the old part of the town.
USVery comfortable and centrally located. The manager of the hotel is truly professional and ensures guest comfort. Quite clean and quiet and well cared for. We initially found that the air conditioning system in our room was not working properly, and the manager quickly found us another room which was very comfortable. If you are visiting Canadian, this is the place to stay,
USThis is lovely hotel with spacious rooms which are very clean. The beds are great. They are comfortable and clean. The facilities are updated and we are always pleased with the service. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the food at breakfast is excellent. I always feel welcomed and safe.
Everything you need and at this price point very acceptable. Limited breakfast.
OMG! Oasis has AMAZING shower pressure!!! It was practically a fire hose! Love, love, LOVE that!!! Super clean and spacious rooms, too. I will definitely stay here, again, if I’m ever within 100 miles of Canadian, Texas. I gave serious consideration to booking a second night, just for that insane shower pressure, alone, I kid you not. That’s not the only great thing, though. Penny (at the front desk) was wonderful- very helpful over the phone, and a delight at check-in. She answered every question I had, and did it all with a smile. I especially appreciated how she cheerfully accommodated every single request I had for type and location of my room. I can definitely be a labor-intensive guest on the front end (though you won’t usually hear a peep from me after I’m settled), but she satisfied every requirement on my checklist, and did it in such a way as to make me feel like it was no trouble at all. Give that woman a raise! She’s a keeper! The room was huge, as was the bathroom. Very clean. I woke up too late for breakfast, but I’m sure it would’ve been very good, too. Seriously, a completely unexpected gem in this small, unassuming (but not without charm) town. BONUS: Stop at Canadian Donuts (same street as the hotel) on your way out of town. I grabbed possibly the best sausage, egg, and cheese croissant I’ve EVER had, and couldn’t resist picking out a half dozen sweet treats to bring to my parents. The glazed twists are HUGE! Very sweet couple running the place.
