Great hosts, facility and breakfast

Beautiful rooms....Victorian decoration and paint schemes...loved the door code access....freshed baked cookies were a delicious treat at arrival and upon departure.

The accommodations were beautiful. But I am used to B&Bs that have a host or hostess greet me, show me around the home, tell me what's good or interesting in the area, and make me feel comfortable / at home. This did not feel this way... but maybe it was because we arrived about 5:30pm.... found our way too a restaurant down town (normally I get a recommendation).... came back to what felt like an empty house.

The house was beautiful and very accurate to the time period. It felt like we were in a movie. The keyless entry with a code was very convenient. The room keys were actual skeleton keys and the locks worked, very neat!

There was nothing the bed and breakfast did that I didn't like. Personally, I got sick in the night and we decided to leave our stay early, but that was not the fault of the BnB.
