"Mangelhafte Sauberkeit"

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Direkt vorm Haus befindet sich ein großer kostenfreier Parkplatz. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt befindet sich ein großes Einkaufscenter. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber für ein/zwei Nächte in Ordnung.

Die Sauberkeit. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Das eine war soweit in Ordnung. Das andere nicht. Überall im Zimmer hingen große Staubflusen an der Decke, den Wänden und dem Vorhang. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig. Ein Bettlaken hatte Flecken. Die Heizung und neben dem Steuergerät der Klima waren viele rote Flecken (Rost, Blut ?!). Auch der Türrahmen im Bad, der Tisch und der Teppichboden im Zimmer hatte undefinierbare Flecken. Die Betten waren sehr weich/durchgelegen.
