우유, 식빵, 달걀 커피 제공됨. 간단히 아침 때울수 있었음. 외관의 느낌보다 욕실은 깨끗한 느낌.

광한루원 기준 10분정도 떨어져있음. 전체적인 시설이 낡고 관리가 잘 되지 않는듯.
