Apartments Altstadtflair

Guten Kommunikation, einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr warmes Wasser. Zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar. Mehr positives kann ich leider nicht berichten.

Viel zu laut!! Samstag Nacht auch bei schlechten Wetter alle 5 min singende, laute Menschen vor den Fenstern. Durchschlafen erst ab 4 Uhr Nachts möglich. Wir meinten offtmals das, dass Partyvolk mitten im Zimmer steht oder ein Auto durch fährt. Bei geschlossenem Fenster muffig. Wir sind wirklich platt nach dieser Nacht. Der Kleiderschrank muss mit Vorsicht berührt werden und fällt bald auseinander. Leider hatten wir auch Ameisen in der Wohnung. Wie gesagt, Erdgeschoss mitten in der Altstadt ohne Klima oder Rolläden an den Fenstern. Es war unerträglich laut!

Die direkte Lage in der Altstadt.

Straßenlärm von Jugendlichen bis 2:30 Uhr. Sehr unfreundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bei erheblichen Buchungsproblemen. Obwohl ich eine Bestätigungsmail für 3 Nächte hatte, musste ich die Wohnung nach 1 Nacht verlassen. Eine zufriedenstellende Kommunikation mit Booking.com ging nur telefonisch, bei 2-mal Wartezeiten von fast 30 Minuten!

Posizione centrale e gli ampi spazi. Non lontana dalla stazione degli autobus e dei treni.

The floors were filthy, and the street noise made it nearly impossible to sleep.

Potentially a great apartment - quiet location (despite a notice warning about not making noise), reasonable facilities comfortable bed,, cable TV. But ...

The place needs some fresh input. Neither the Venetian blinds nor the uncovered half-moon upper window gives any sort of blackout at night.A pair of heavy curtains is essential. (I improvised using a blanket). The shower has a curtain, not an enclosure, and no handhold, and the rail for supporting the showerhead is missing. The washbasin has clearly had something heavy dropped on it, cracking it, and has no plug. I had to email to ask the WiFi code and when I asked for the non-working kettle to be replaced the answer came back 'Use a saucepan.'

An easy 10 minute walk from the station and close to the attractions in the old town.

Rather noisy at night but closing blinds helped to keep the heat out during the day and closing windows at night kept most of the noise out.

El apartamento estaba bien situado, pero olia mucho a humedad y lo recomiendo para dos personas solamente, el tercero debe dormir en el suelo, el sofa no es cama y es muy pequeño.

Centrally located in Regensburg‘s old town and close to central station.

No Charme, no flair, no style. Walls covered with mold and not perfectly clean. Unfortunately apartment is on ground floor/ street level; despite only limited traffic very noisy as a result.

The location was excellent, getting around walking was really centralized. Very clean and comfortable.

There were a few things missing from the kitchen, that really would be essential for a traveller. A frying pan, corkscrew, large mixing bowl, information about Regensburg, a city map.
