Apartment Treetown

The price. The terrace. The room was huge.

Broken porcelain in bathroom. Difficult to pay for the parking slot.

Only one night and one day for visiting Regensburg.

The apartment is well located with several supermarkets and a bus stop nearby. On foot you need about 25 minutes to the city centre. The bed and the table were clean.

All in all the apartment wasn't welcoming or cozy - it was the exact opposite. The sofa - where the third person slept on - was old, dirty and looked very run down. It was so disgusting that the person sleeping on it didn't dare to touch the armrests on both sides. The mattress of the sofa was super slim and there was no slatted frame, therefore the third person slept on a very low level practically directly on the floor. The bathroom was a disaster too. The soap holder was broken off and you had to be careful not to hurt yourself at the sharp edges when standing in the dirty bathtub for your shower. Even the dust mop was dirty. The louvres of the ventilation system in the bathroom have seemingly never been cleaned so far. There was so much dust on it that it triggered my house-dust allergy. In the kitchen there were only two teacups and two wineglasses for three guests. All dishes had to be washed before use because there were stains e.g. on the plates and cutlery. Two of the seat cushions on the chairs had stains too. The window shade was partly broken and very dirty. Next to the sofa was a plastic plant with its damaged branches hanging down sadly.. A symbol for the whole apartment. We can't recommend the place and would definitely not come again.
