- Sehr freundliche Begrüßung - Zimmer sauber und geräumig - Super Frühstücksbuffet, keine billigen Aufbackbrötchen, frischer Tee, Kaffee, alles was das Herz begehrt - das Personal (Familienbetrieb) jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - Für Hotel recht kostengünstige Getränke Möglichkeiten (aufschreiben auf Vertrauensbasis, Abrechnung erfolgt beim Auschecken)

- Decke für Sommer zu dick - Kissen müssten mal ausgewechselt werden, die sind durchgelegen - Das Restaurant hatte leider (dauerhaft?) geschlossen

Super gutes Frühstück Buffet, tolle Lage geräumige Zimmer. Vor allem ein gemütliche Atmosphäre, nicht zu groß das Hotel. Waren schon oft in Willingen, bis jetzt für uns die Beste Unterkunft
