Vriendelijk familiaire eigenaren. Echt een familiebedrijf. Vrolijk, bereidwillig, meedenkend. Fantastisch ontbijt! Personeel dacht mee; lunchpakket. Paracetamol, ijspakket, dienblad met ontbijt ivm letsel. Sneeuwschep aanwezig. Interieur is echt duits, niet modern.

Interieur van de hotelkamer tzt moderniseren. Gangen en kamers niet helemaal egaal, vlak. Trap naar skihok/ verblijf is stijl. Waterkoker of koffie op de kamer of ergens in het hotel ( beter) te verkrijgen…

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach phantastisch gewesen. Wenige 100 Meter zum Lift oder in die Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war einfach super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super propere kamer, het ontbijtbuffet was het beste wat ik ooit heb gehad! Heel verzorgd. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Op wandelafstand van skipistes, verhuur materiaal, centrum. Honden toegestaan en kamer nummer 1 was perfect, ruim en op gelijkvloers zodat de hondjes gewoon op het terras konden uitgelaten worden ter nood. Prijs €18 per hond per nacht.

Jammer dat het restaurant voor 's avonds niet geopend was en receptie niet steeds bezet, zodat je moet bellen. In de sauna heb je coins nodig, om o.a. whirlpool en sauna te activeren, hiervan werd niets gezegd bij het onthaal, we konden gelukkig een coin lenen van een medegast.
