Quality Inn & Suites Sulphur Springs

We arrived, it took forever to check in. We had an extra person with us, and they said they could offer an air bed or an extra room so we got an extra room. The floor was sticky, the room was not clean.

The outside of the hotel had me worried for a minute but inside was nice. I’m guessing it’s a remodel in the process. The rooms were nice, customer service very friendly. It was a good experience.

Traveled through Sulphur Springs on the way to our destination and stayed at this Quality Inn. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. The room rate was reasonable and the room was clean, comfortable with quiet surroundings. A pleasant experience and we returned for another overnight stay on our trip return encountering the same gracious people and amenities. RECOMMEND!

The staff was nice and courteous, but the location and outside appearance was lacking. While there have been some upgrades inside the lobby, the building is very old and the bathroom was so very small. The breakfast was limited to make your own waffles and cereal. Hard pass. You get what you pay for. Low priced hotel. Low quality inn.
