Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang. Super tierlieb 👍🏻 Zimmer sehr sehr sauber mit einer Kaffeemaschine wo man sich morgens direkt einen leckeren Espresso machen kann ohne aus dem Zimmer zu gehen. Preisleistung TOP Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

I will never recommend this hotel to someone.If you don’t speak Italiano stay away from this place cause language barrier will make the staff take advantage of you. I booked for two nights on booking.com paid upon arrival at the hotel with my credit card. After one night I went to the reception and asked I want to pay for an extra night making it in total 3 nights. I asked how much should be added to what I already paid , the staff said 30 euro which I paid in cash to the receptionist and I wasn’t issued a receipt although I wanted one. On the third night , two staff walked up to my room, knocking like I was a thief at 8 pm asking why I am still at the hotel , I was embarrassed and confused caused I had already paid. The next morning on checking out, I was asked to pay a 60 euro for the third night, I tried to explain i made the payment already . They said the 30 euro was valid till 5 pm and not the entire night (which is a total lie , they never mentioned that to me ) and besides they couldn’t trace the 30 euros I paid in their records cause the receptionist at no point in time declared my payment, she took the money. I make videos of my travels I was just so lucky to have a video of me talking with the receptionist collecting the 30 euro from me for the third night for them to acknowledge I my version. This was just too messy and I was litterally crying at the embarrassment and dishonesty of the staff. I was treated poorly and felt the worst then ever before. I will never ever go back to such a place.

Albergo molto carino, pulito, silenzioso, in posizione centrale, con molti parcheggi liberi nelle vicinanze e a pochi passi dal centro. Personale gentile e disponibile, buona colazione.

The breakfast was good. It could have a bigger variety of foods / drinks
