No hot water , Rooms were not ready. Not a good experience. Debit machine not working either.

Excellent staff service and hygiene maintened in the hotel

nice place to stay, which issafe, secure and peaceful.

I thought for one night, a 3 star hotel along the main road across from the airport would be a good place, but had a terrible experience. The bed frame was damaged. They never changed the bedsheet or the pillow case. We had ask the house cleaning to come and replace everything. Hot water was not working, turned out, it heater was not even plugged in. Congested room. Dining room is not part of the restaurant and breakfast had limited options. Outside, the alley is very noise and dusty. Was not what I expected and will never choose this type of hotels in the future.

Thank you for providing excellent service. The staff was very friendly. The hotel’s location is great.
