The room that I booked was excellent, very comfortable, clean, big and had a huge terrace that I can enjoy the view from 12 floor.

Internet/wifi doesn't work that time . Very disappointed.

I don’t mean to be rude, but I want to be honest... this is by far the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon entering the room, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the exhaust fan didn’t seem to function properly. The service was just average, and also the food . The hotel building has an odd layout, and the location is not ideal at all. To be fair, this hotel feels more like a 3-star establishment. I chose this hotel because it had a 9/10 rating on Agoda and 5/5 TripAdvisor, but it fell far below my expectations. I honestly don’t understand how a hotel like this can receive such a high rating. It makes me wonder how the reviews could give such a high score because my experience was far from a 9/10. One thing that really bothered me was the fact that I had to pay 50,000 IDR for a 2-liter bottle of water, which I initially thought was complimentary, as it usually is in most hotels. It’s not about the money, but it felt like a trap for guests. The paid water was placed on the table, while the complimentary bottles were hidden in the bathroom. I’ve stayed in other 4-star hotels that offer free water dispensers outside the rooms, so guests can have water anytime at no extra cost. This kind of arrangement would have been much better. On top of that, the bedsheets were stained and clearly hadn’t been washed properly. It seemed like they were cleaned carelessly and not up to the standards you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. I feel compelled to leave this review because I’ve traveled extensively across Indonesia and internationally, and this is the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever encountered. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. I apologize for my honesty.

Good facilities. Superb breakfast. Location is not the best. Perfect for stop over underway to west Sumatra or back to Java.

love their staff. they listen to your suggestion for changing the variety of food.
