L'appartement est très spacieux, avec 2 salles de bain. La pièce principale est grande. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Une très belle attention nous attendait à notre arrivée : l'hôte nous a offert des biscuits, limonades et du vin. La proximité immédiate des commerces (supermarché, boulangerie...) La proximité de la mer et du centre-ville (1,5km) Le stationnement gratuit dans la rue

pas de VMC. la chambre du fond est humide. Il faut bien la ventiler.

Very spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean. We had a hire car and there was a designated locked garage in the basement. Fruit, wine and tea left for us. About a 25 minute easy walk into the centre of Ponta Delgada. The HomeAzores team were very responsive. There were beach and batch towels.

Spacious, bright and comfortable apartment, convenient to access when driving and still within reasonable walk distance from town centre. Friendly and reactive hosts.

The street noise prevents from sleeping with windows open so airconditioning is a must at night. It could benefit from better stocked cooking basics (oil, vinegar, pepper, foil, etc)

דירה נהדרת בקומה 4 עם מעלית, מרווחת עם מרפסת ונוף מדהים להרים, נקיה, מטבח מאובזר כולל מכונת כביסה ומדיח כלים, חניה פרטית, סופרמרקט קרוב. מיקום מצוין- קרוב ליציאה לכביש הראשי ומאפשר יציאה מהירה לכל חלקי האי. דייגו הגיב לכל הודעה והיה אדיב מאוד. נהנינו מאוד, בהחלט ממליצה!

Todo perfecto

This property works perfect for our vacation! It is spacious with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully applianced Kitchen and even washing machine. The location is very good, surrounded by numerous good restaurants and markets.

Not really, but just friendly reminder that you’d better read through the check in instructions, it might took a little more procedures to access the property for the first time , but it also means safer:)
