Bed sheets and covers were smelly, with stains. Looks like they never change bedsheets, blankets and pilow covers for ages and now everything starts stinking. Have to ask again and again for AC remote, initially they refused and said all the ACs are on maintenance. When insisted, they turned on ac after 2 hours. They accepted to provide break fast at 7.30am, but again i have to go and ask for break fast in the morning, first they said break fast will be provided at 8am, I have to insist again and push them to get a nreak fast at 7.30am. Water pressure in washroom was too low. Flush button of flush was broken. Over all it was a sub standard room.

Nothing was to like. Really a very bad experience to stay in pyramid international. They are totally unprofessional in handling the guesthouse. i think the peoples should think many times before booking pyramid.

The entire room was very dirty. washroom was very untidy, no basic necessities like towel,soap, shampoo even in the cold weather no hot water in washroom. Prayer matt was so dirty and smelly. My sincere advise to everyone not to choose Pyramid.
