The location is good.

The bed linen were not clean. The detergent was not washed away. The overall experience is below average. The breakfast was charged separately. Even then it was served after an hour and that too was not up to the mark.

Room not cleaned despite advance booking. Age old accumulated dirt could be seen in corners. The room has a refrigerator that's doesn't work. No soap in the washroom. No thorough dusting. No iron stand if you want to press clothes. Insufficient light in the room. The lamps didn't work. One had a bulb which didn't work, whereas the other lamp didn't even have a bulb. One good thing is that there is plenty of storage space, like huge cupboards in the room as well as extra storage in the storeroom linked with the bedroom. There is LCD which works fine. There is no city view from the room as claimed. Rather the room overlooks another unused room. You prefer to keep the curtains closed all the time. If using their rent a car service, know that it does not arrive on time and even though 14th August traffic could be the reason, but this happened the next day as well. They do attend the phone and serve the food ordered on time.

The location is very good, the area around is quiet, the shops and restaurant area is quite near the guest house. The Wi-Fi works.
