Casa Antonieta

The property was centrally located, walking distance from bars and restaurants. Despite being very central, it’s very quiet. It was beautifully decorated, carefully selected art and decor. The property’s open air veranda was so beautiful filled with plants! Muss cafe within the property excellent serving amazing coffee. The staff were so friendly and attentive and really made us feel at home. Aircon and de-humidifier in the room was helpful in the warmer days.

Wish the room was equipped with a mini fridge.

Lovely building, beautifully decorated, wonderful welcoming staff, easy to get everywhere. Some fabulous bars and restaurants nearby. Peaceful too.

Bed was a little hard for our taste.

We absolutely loved this high end but small hotel. My wife and I spent three nights here Oct 20 to 23rd. We moved over to this lovely boutique hotel after spending our first two nights in Oaxaca at a "5 star" hotel. We much preferred Casa Antonieta. We found Bernice and David, who manned the "front desk" and acted in a duel capacity as concierges, just fantastic. They are the nicest and most responsive folks. We loved the MUSS CAFE which was located about 30 yards across the lobby from our room located on the ground floor (loved this room!) This little coffee shop served great espresso in the morning and wonderful small breakfasts. Most of the servers at the MUSS were friendly and nice. Casa Antonieta is centrally located and completely safe. Its nice to stay in a hotel where you are greeted with a smile and they know your name. Rooms were clean, large and great. When in Oaxaca, this is now our "go to hotel"

I liked everything about this hotel.

Beautiful character; staff were amazingly accommodating and friendly. The food in the little restaurant was unexpectedly excellent.
