"A brilliant place to stay!"

Exceptionally clean. Very good quality fixtures and fittings. Access to a well appointed kitchen. The staff were very friendly and had sorted out a packed breakfast for us, as we had a very early start (one of which was gluten free!) And great value for money!

The people make this place - without exception, a great bunch. The place is quirky, interesting, unique, true to itself yet very easy to spend time at and use as a base. I visit this area only once or twice a year, but I will book in here as long as they will have me...... Nice extras like a flask of drinking water in the room.

I would change the digital lock numbers to be a similar code. I bet they thought of that, but..... I didn't like having to leave at 06:40 without thanking anyone.

Location is central to shops, bars & restaurants, room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide choice of options as much/little as you like.

Easy to park, easy to check in and out. Lovely clean room. Little common use snug with tea and coffee a nice addition. Barista guy at breakfast really helpful and friendly . So good start to my day.

Just personal preference but I would like tea and coffee in the room as I like a tea in bed, But I was 10 feet from the snug so not a complaint just a comment.

"We Loved It"

What a fabulous place. Communication was excellent. Room spacious clean and comfy. Nice area for coffee tea etc. Coffee shop below. Bike shop across street Safe place to put bikes. We loved it.

Biker themed Cafe. The rooms had a quirky themed decor that I loved. Thought the snug concept was brilliant and used it.A very different slant on "a hotel".

"Comfortable, convenient and quaint"

A quaint operation, combining motor bike maintenance with accommodation and cafe. It has been really well done. The rooms are very comnfortable.

We had a problem that the light in our lobby is motion activated and cannot be turned off. If someone goes tot he bathroom the light turns on, waking their partner. We were told this is now a legal requirement
