"Unhygienic Experience and Unprofessional Service"

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Cockroaches were moving all around the room, and while sleeping, they even came onto my face. This was a very unpleasant and unhygienic experience, and it felt like a complete waste of money. Additionally, despite 3 days of continuous follow-ups, I still have not received the invoice for my stay. This delay is very unprofessional and inconvenient. I request you to look into this matter urgently and provide the invoice immediately.
