We had a lovely few days staying here. 5 minutes from the town centre, the breakfast was very nice and the host was very helpful, will stay here again next year. The rooms are very comfortable.

everything! i told the host that i thought he should increase his prices! great room ,bed was fab, pillows nice,bathroom,large very clean, its an older property but so clean and attention to detail was beyond expectations .breakfast was full english+toast+fruit+yogurt+oj+tea(i didnt manage all).i honestly dont think you could find better?premier inn?not even close for the money,and nearly half the price!! only stayed for the night but i will be back,you set a very high standard.many thanks. fyi-i never ever bother with reviews-kind regards-kevin.

We have had a lovely stay as always. A very warm welcome. Breakfast was delicious as always. We will be back next year, Chris is a great host and very helpful.

Our host Krishna was very kind and helpful during our stay, he made us a fantastic breakfast just the way we preferred. The room was nice and clean and we had a lovely view from our window onto the nearby park. The property is only 10 minutes walk to the centre so we didnโ€™t need to use our car to get by, as parking can be a bit tricky in the area.

Unfortunately the weather was a bit rainy, but we still enjoyed ourselves very much. :-)

Gorgeous guest house with exceptionally warm and friendly welcome from the owner. Lovely comfortable and clean room with great view of the gardens. Really loved our stay and will definitely come back here
