Foi uma experiência simplesmente fantástica. O Senhor Francisco é uma pessoa de uma energia ótima e isso reflete-se no lindo jardim, que transmite paz, harmonia e muita calma..ambiente excepcional para descansar e fugir da rotina. Wonderful decoration - and surprising little aer pieces everywhere! Very tastefully done…

I was cold at first but Francisco immediately turn on the gas heater and we were quite comfortable.

"Super aardige host maar voor ons geen aanrader"

De eigenaar is een vrolijke, aardige en behulpzame man en de hond is super lief. We voelden ons zeer welkom en kregen veel tips over de omgeving en eet mogelijkheden. De locatie is mooi tussen de lagune en de zee. De badkamer bevat allerlei toiletartikelen die je kunt gebruiken.

De tuin is voor ons inmiddels het punt van 'gezellig begroeid' voorbij. Veel paadjes zijn lastig te bewandelen door de begroeiing. Helaas kwamen we in de tuin daarnaast hondenpoep tegen en zagen we dat de hond in de tuin plast. Onder andere op de tegels waar je overheen moet lopen. Het appartement rook muffig en vochtig. We snappen dat de luchtvochtigheid op deze plek hoog is maar zagen nergens vochtvreters om dit tegen te gaan. We kregen bij ontvangst een karaf port aangeboden, alleen de karaf was vies en er dreef van alles in de port. Het matras van het bed bevat spiraalveren dus daar moet je tegen kunnen. Voor een van ons betekende dit een hele slechte nacht. Overal in de kamers, de keuken en de tuin liggen en staan bordjes met wat je wel en niet mag doen. Dat gaf ons geen ontspannen gevoel.

Host was excellent. Very engaging, accommodating and personable.

Less “stuff”. Nice, interesting knick-knacks but a bit too much. Limited useful space for setting things down… Mildew smell could be helped with room humidifiers. The property is next to the beach so it is somewhat to be expected.
