Location is good. Walking distance to main train station, a park, and also the library.

Very minimal information on available carpark. As tourist who are not familiar with the place, we had difficulty finding the entrance to the mentioned car park. No point and no use asking the "Bob" as the reply are all generic AI chatbot answer. Not helpful at all. The washing machine was right in front of the shower place, toilet was cramp with the washing machine and a weird pillar in the middle. The sofa bed was overwhelming and took 90% of the space in the living room. Minimal cooking utensils with broken utensils tray. All in all, a business trying to maximise profit, not customer-comfort focused. Also it was no fun to have to drag the luggage and walk with the children to the hotel, in the rain. Would not recommend.

ヘルシンキ中央駅から徒歩で10分程度の場所にあり、トラムや地下鉄の駅からも１～２分なのでどこに出かけるにも便利な場所です。中央駅から徒歩の場合、敷石の敷き詰められたガタガタぼこぼこの歩道をスーツケースを引いていくことになるので楽をしたい方はトラムに乗られることを推奨します。これも旅の味と思える方は徒歩で十分いけます。部屋の使い方など不明点はwhatsappで質問するとほぼ即時に回答してくれます。ＬＩＮＥとほぼ同じ使用法で、つたない英語でも通じますし、丁寧な回答です。私はキッチンの換気扇の作動方法や溜まった分別ごみを捨てる場所（地下にゴミステーションがあります）を聞いたりしました。

私たちはスムーズに入室できましたが、暗唱キーでの入り方にコツがあります。アパート入口のドアは２つ並んでおり、右側が階段用、左側がＥＶ用です。アパートフロアは５Ｆなので左側のドアを開けます（左右のドアの中はつながっていません）。暗唱キーパットは２つのドアの間にあります（キーパットにＢＯＢ．Ｗの表示があり両方のドアに向かって矢印が伸びています）。暗唱キーを打ち込むとランプが赤から緑にかわるので、それからドアを開けます。タイミングを外すと赤に戻ってしまいます。荷物を預ける場所は、５ＦのＥＶ前のストックルームです（ドアに暗唱パットがあります）。中は普通の倉庫室なので、心配な方はチェーンロックなどを持参して、スーツケースを柱につないでおかれるのがよいと思います。客室の暗唱パットの使い方も１Ｆ入口と同じです。留意点はランプが変わったタイミングでドアを開けることです。

Amazingly positioned, clean and with all amenities. The check in and out was greatly organised and the communication was amazing. Could not say a single bad thing
