convenient place towards airport and Pune railway station. locality around is good with lots of restaurants

walls covered with dust and facilities did not clean the walls even when I left the keys at reception twice days in row. eventually I gave up.

"Book at your own risk .."

Room was good and spacious no doubt .. Location is easily to find ..

Staff has no coordination between them.. I cleared everything last night and extended my stay with advance payment but still at 9am I got an call from reception abt extension .. The telephone unit is placed away from bed near TV stand its really frustrating.. Restaurant don't add bill in room account u need to pay for single water bottle each and every single time.. Inspite the Restaurant is in hotel itself.. In room there is an laundry service tariff but they don't provide it instead they give u a iron to do it on ur own .. No outside food is allowed Curtlery is only provided if u order food from there restaurant & there is only limited number of dishes available.. Calls from reception are really irritating due to lack of communication between staff .. My trip was with my wife for medical visits at pune & leisure really ended with irritation.. Hope this review will be considered and get implemented to get favourable reviews..

good break fast, well behaved staff, cleanliness, 24 hour hot water, daily change of towels, daily cleaning, reception staff very polite, daily drinking water, comfortable bed and pillows, close to Symbiosis

can help the guests by calling taxis , auto etc from reception counter itself
