Magnus Square Business Hotel

When called hotel to inform my late arrival for check in they were forcing me to prepay else they will not guarantee booking.

Worst experience ever One room lock not working whole night Elevator not working Staff disturbed multiple times for tryin to get fodd ordered and ask for extra money when extra mattress was already paid for Room service tried to keep ask for payment on the spot instead of adding to hotel bill

Location is nice with good amount of eateries nearby

We felt that the staff was not welcoming, we were asked our room number every time we crossed the lobby even being for 5 minutes. Before to hand out guest scanning cards and electronic doors if you are this particular about strangers (ahh this is a hotel isn’t every guest a stranger). We ordered Tea in the morning which we paid for but we got a call later saying that they informed hotel restaurant is informed to not serve us breakfast as we had ordered Tea, I even said how does that make sense as I paid for my Tea I should still be served breakfast but seems I could not convince the guy 😒 later when I complained at the reception the restaurant said we already had the breakfast even if the receptionist said he had seen us coming back from having breakfast outside 😅
