"Great place to stay"

Lovely bright spacious room, modern large bathroom. Very comfortable bed. No noise from trains or traffic, really quiet. Great to have use of a kitchen where guests could make tea, coffee and snacks. The breakfast was beautifully presented with plenty of choice. Super service, the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The check in process was a bit of a hassle, it was rather fiddly getting the key from a key safe outside especially as my phone kept cutting out due to poor signal. Might be better to let guests have the necessary info by text beforehand. Also the stairs were quite a challenge with luggage, unfortunately no lift.
