Localizaçao excelente

Fiquei com carro preso no estacionamento duas vezes pq deixam carros parar fechando o outro mesmo tendo um funcionario pra isso. Mal vontade das atendentes em procurar os donos dos veiculos. Fiquei mais de 40 min esperando. Perdendo compromissos agebdados por incompetencia do hotel. Internet do hotel nao funciona se precisar trabalhar esquece.

O jantar tem boa variaedade e a comida é muito saborosa e bem feita. Jantar com bom custo.

Qarto muito ruim, portas do quarto e do banheiro pegando ao serem fechadas. Falta uma reforma adequada das instalações.

Limpeza, cordialidade e carisma dos funcionários, localização, café da manhã e refeição fornecida pelo restaurante do hotel.

Colchão confortável, porém o box da cama um pouco barulhento aos mínimos movimentos. Chuveiro ótimo, porém o ralo possuía alguma obstrução que impedia que a água descesse, alagando um pouco o banheiro e tendo a necessidade de ficar desligando o chuveiro para a descida da agua.
