Solicitei a substituição do quarto e fui prontamente atendido.

Chegando lá qdo cheguei no quarto fui verificar a cama (qualidade do colchão),e verifiquei que o colchão muito mole .( gosto de colchão D45) mais firme. Solicitei a troca de quarto e fui atendido.
