"I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come stay with you with that furniture and carpet"

You need to change all the furniture and the carpets…The bathroom ottoman too …I would suggest getting furniture from Griffiths & Griffiths then the charge per night would make sense.You have a great location but you are not providing luxury at all !You can’t even compare to One and Only but you are charging more than them
