- We had to pay extra for coffee from the espresso machine at breakfast which was unexpected - could the price not just be increased a small amount to cover this? - It’s been recently renovated so some teething issues with curtains etc - very minor.

Breakfast improvable but good
RUWe arrived in the morning (after paying for the previous night and sending a message to the hotel), and we had a welcome reception and very nice breakfast, served for two of us. The building is beautiful inside, authentic and quite well located
The next day I went to a restaurant 20 minutes before the end of breakfast, and food was terrible. Most of dishes finished, the rest of them cold. A waiter was cleaning another table and saw me, but did not propose to bring more food. Our room was too much heated (it was November), and we couldn’t control the temperature. Opening windows for night time was not an option because they looked a corridor, and it did not feel safe (like sleeping with a door wide open). I woke up a few times because of strong smells in our room. Few times it was cigarette smoke, and in the morning it was smells from the kitchen (located below our room). I think smells came through ventilation

INExcellent location very close to the old city. Very helpful staff, eager to assist and provide information and always with a smiling face. Olim (Alim) was very very supportive. This hotel which is small and cozy makes you want to visit the place once again.

GBThe location just on the edge of the pedestrian area was great - easy to get to by taxi but very close to the major sights. The hotel is nicely decorated in local style, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was a little limited, but what was there was fresh and tasty.
