Bjørvika Apartments, Solsiden Area, Trondheim city center

We were travelling with a 5 month old baby our trip to Trondheim, where we come to find out that the elevator was not working! We asked one of the tenant it would be working and he stated it has been out of service for the last 7 days! We called customer service and they said they sent an email but after checking, they lied and said it was only not Working the day we arrive. We had to carry all of our belongings plus baby stroller up and down everyday to the 6th floor without any accomadations after speaking to the customer service! On top of that there was no air conditioning and it was so hot in the room where they told us to use a fan in the apartment. Overall, i would not reccomand this place to anyone as it was not accomadating and not a pleasant stay! If someone can contact me regarding this matter i would appreciate it.

Koselig og renslig leilighet, perfekt for en helgetur. Eneste vi savnet var noe basisvarer som salt, pepper og olje, noe som burde være på et hvert kjøkken. I tillegg synd at man må sjekke ut såpass tidlig som kl 11 på en rolig søndag.

Sterilt og rent, meget sentralt. Men, veldig varmt inne i leiligheten uten at man fant instruksjoner på hvordan skru termostaten ned. Litt vanskelig å sove i 28 varmegrader.

Helt grei leilighet i forhold til prisen. Minimalistisk innredet, men hadde det meste man trenger. Hadde ikke gjort noe om det hadde vært f.eks tørkepapir og kaffefilter i leiligheten, men helt greit. Topp beliggenhet, rolig område. Fant ut, litt for sent, hvor terrassen man kunne benytte var. Det kan gjerne komme bedre fram på beskrivelsen av leiligheten. Kommunikasjon med utleier var helt problemfri, og vi var fornøyde med oppholdet vårt.

Ikke den beste opplevelsen. Over 30 grader i leiligheten så umulig å sove om natten. Kommer tikke til å bo der igjen.

Fin leilighet som passet oss 4 voksne med baby. Men, et stort men.. med baby, vogn, store kofferter og nyoperert hofte i 7.etg med en heis som ikke var i virke hele helgen, var det et stort minus med oppholdet.

In Norway, picking up the keys of a property is always a bit tricky. You never know how to get your keys to access a flat or a house. Most of times, I wasted a lot of time to figure it out because it is never the same way. Thanks for such experiences.

Key pick up was about 1 km away from the apartment. Although an email was sent on the check in day, indicating key was ready for pick up, the key box would not open until 3pm. It would be helpful if that information is clearly communicated. The key pick up box is not directly in front of the address given. Photos provided did not include the apartment rented. Balcony door, accessible to other units, would not lock.

Check in wasn't as easy as it should of been, raining heavily and internet given wouldn't connect to get keys out. Luckly a gentleman from a restaurant near by came with his mobile phone and we were able to connect to internet from his phone and the keybox opened !!!!!!!!

Apartment was very central and a perfect landing spot for our family to enjoy Trondheim for a couple of days. The area was noisy when the bars let out at 11pm and 2 am but did quiet down quickly. Parking was relatively close at the parkade but it was expensive. Would rent the car when leaving city if we had to do over.
