Everything was good, but went to close the door to the restroom and hit the toilet and couldn't close
The room was hot. After 3.5 hours I let staff know. They checked on it and said it was working (AC). I went out to dinner came back and room was still hot. Called and front desk said, “yeah, all the rooms are like that.” The next morning another guest and I spoke at the coffee machine in lobby. She said her room was cold.
Other tenants were loud and unpleasant and it seemed like staff had zero control over noise levels past a certain time. Room Was less than clean particularly the shower.
Decent but only one of two hotels in Elgin.
This is an older hotel that needs some love. The staff were excellent but the hotel is a little run down. They also had bugs in the shower area.
People were great. The prices were just too high.
Ok for what it is
Everything was good but i didnt like the breakfast part there is only waffles, and toasted bread i will say if there is more added in breakfast that will be great
Nice overnight stay.
Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
