"The Best Place Ever"

Staff was beyond friendly! I also love how secure this place is both with the gates on the streets and gates at the residence. As a solo female I felt safer here than at my home. The amenities were outstanding. So much space in the rooms and everything I could ever need. The best stay of my entire trip. 10/10

Literally nothing. I have zero complaints except I wish I had gotten to stay here longer!

It was in a safe neighborhood with guards.

Advertisement is a joke. A small room with a shared apartment is more appropriate. Hot water was non existent. TV is mounted stupidly high that its not even comfortable to wind down. Walls are paper thin. Checked into a 2 star hotel in Florida immediately after and I felt like a king with how much nicer it was. 10/10 would not rent again.

"I had a great time in Guatemala City."

Safe: it is a gated community, next to a tranquil park Close to: lovely restaurant with loads of pastry and ice cream; grocery store; and a huge and cozy Oakland shopping mall with brand names Kind owners: they even had a heater for me, as some February nights were quite cold. The taxi they recommended was reliable and on time.
