Don Guillermo y su familia son personas muy amables, te ayudan con todo lo que necesites, puedes dejar el equipaje. La ubicación es buena dentro de un condominio en zona 10 cerca a todo, y la habitación es amplia.

La baja calificación se debe a que al momento de llegar, recibimos la habitación y el baño aun estaba sucio, aunque informamos e inmediatamente lo solucionaron. La habitación que nos asignaron es la primera al lado de la entrada y se escuchaba el ruido de los demás huéspedes al entrar y en la cocina, escuchamos todo lo de la habitación del lado hasta muy tarde, inclusive dentro de esa habitación estaban fumando y se sintió el olor. Por esos motivos circunstanciales no nos volveríamos a alojar, ni lo recomendaríamos.

La cercanía de los lugares turísticos y el recibimiento de la anfitriona fue bueno y agradecemos que nos haya recibido tan noche.

Falta de seguimiento de estancia, el sonido del apartamento es frágil se escucha todo lo que hacen los otros huéspedes, el control de la tv no funcionaba.
