Todo muy bien en general muy lindo hotel y ubicado en un lugar central, el staff muy cooperative y agradable, totalmente recomendado

Huele mucho a cigarrillo. No se allá como son con el tema de fumar en las habitaciones pero hasta nuestra habitación que era no fumadores se podía sentir el olor a cigarrillo.

My stay at VIP Hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The front desk agent was rude, unhelpful, and wasted a significant amount of my family's time in the lobby. To make matters worse, despite having already paid for breakfast, she entered our information incorrectly, forcing us to leave the restaurant and return to reception to fix a mistake that should never have happened. Having to deal with this twice while traveling with young children made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, the carpet in our room was dirty. Overall, the poor customer service and unnecessary inconvenience made this a truly disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
