Every thing about it is amazing location staff and value for the price I suggest always include breakfast cuz it’s really worth it it’s 5 star for the restaurant they have

The rooms are a bit noisy so if you are a light sleeper and you have loud one next to you it will be a struggle

The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Gulam Rabbi and Api dev for their professionalism, friendliness, and prompt assistance throughout my visit. I would also like to appreciate the Arkan uddin Development Team for their excellent technical support and seamless digital services, which made booking and communication very convenient. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel's attention to detail, hospitality, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly deserve recognition. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Reception staff were very accommodating and welcoming to needs. It was a good location, near the airport and local malls.

There is a club downstairs which was not mentioned on the property list and could be heard from our room on the 5th floor. The hotel was very male prevalent which can be intimidating for younger female guests walking alone. The room was in need of work and the shower was very impractical as water would spray out and flood the bathroom.
