Hotel novo. Quarto espaçoso com camas e travesseiros excelentes. Ar condicionado funcionando. Café da manhã razoável, apenas o básico. Nos quartos não há indicação da voltagem do hotel que é 220v, o que fez com que queimasse meu secador de cabelos. Deveriam colocar uma plaquinha com a voltagem em todas as tomadas, vou tentar ser ressarcida do prejuízo com o aparelho. O estacionamento não é coberto e não possui segurança, fica ao lado da portaria e não verifiquei câmeras de vigilância. Recepção simples, funcionários educados e prestativos.

Gostei muito do hotel e do atendimento, porém não gostei da localização, muito longe do centro da cidade de Guaratinguetá, também achei que tinha piscina, fiquei chateada .
