Owner is great, gentleman.

Few things.

Location is very good. The owner and staff of the hotel are very nice persons. Very welcomming gentleman is its owner. He knows great hospitality and how to facilitate guests. Very good hotel adn I used to stay there. Very good value for money and specially on Booking.com it is very economic and rent is reasonable. AC is very good. I always stay here on my return to Pakistan as I live in Rome, Italy.

I like almost everything. Nothing to dislike.

I liked the staff, the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the bathroom, the shower didn't work and it could have been cleaner.

I like the staff. Danish, Hadi and Ali are all excellent in service. makes the stay really OK. and the safety! as a solo woman traveller this one big thing and Diplomat Hotel provide it just excellent!

Maybe my expectation was a tad higher so i found the amenities very lacking. However, the service of the excellent personnel really made it up!

The property’s location was very favorable, as it is situated near Karachi Airport, offering great convenience for travelers. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and well-prepared, though the portion size was somewhat limited for one person.

The condition of the room was below expectations. The bed sheets had visible stains and appeared not to have been replaced, giving the impression that the bedding had already been used.
