The location is fantastic. Directly in the heart of Bath city centre

The deluxe mezzanine apartment is described as having a separate bedroom. As it turns out the "separate" bedroom is the mezzanine bed. There is no completely separate bedroom. Apart from this small disappointment. The apartment is a good size, comfortable and in a fantastic location.

Great location. Everything was with in walkable distance. Appreciated they held our luggage after we checked out. Would note you could hear the people above us moving around at night. Also-all stairs no elevator. Just had to give ourselves a pep talk after walking everywhere all day:)

Location is perfect and the apartment is lovely, cosy and beautiful.

It was noisy. We could hear everything outside at night: people talking, traffic, lorries... So we didn't have a good night sleep. The apartment could do with double glazing.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The location was fantastic—perfectly situated and ideal for exploring while still feeling relaxing and special. The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and really made us feel at home. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to unwind in. The entire experience topped off a great birthday trip perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The only small downside was that our room was on the bottom floor so the local bin collection, including glass being emptied, woke us up early.
