예약을 하고 쳭크인하러 가니 예약 명단에 없다고해서 당황했는데 룸 하나를 배정해 줘서 잘 잤어요 예약사항이 잘 전달이 안된것 같음

큰 온돌방이 있다고 하여서 예약을 했습니다. 인원추가 되어서 첫날 추가금 결제를 하였고, 둘째날 되니 또 추가금 있다고 결제하라고 하여서 했어요. 날이 갑자기 더워져서 에어콘 리모컨 달라고 했더니 카운트가 바바써 가지러 오라고 했었구요. 카운트는 손님들과 마찰 현장을 이틀 있으면서 몇 번 보았네요.

最近内装をリフォームされたようで、特にバスルームは新しく清潔でした。簡単なものでしたが朝食もいただけました。スタッフの方々はとても親切で、気持ちよく滞在できました。レセプションにスタッフの方が飼っている犬が遊びに来ていて、とても可愛かったです。

No English friendly people, and I faced major problem with toilet and they took forever to solve it. it consumed lots of follow up with Expedia and hotel to rectify the same..,z

Even though the staff could not speak English they were so helpful - we were trying to find the bus stop and when the lady couldn’t explain it to us she took us in her car to the bus stop - nothing was too much trouble
