Nem volt semmilyen lehetőség a nedves törölközők tárolására (hiányoztak az akasztók ill. törölközőtartók a fürdőszobában és a szobában).

Locatie is top, vlakbij eetgelegenheden en kasteel. Het ontbijt is prima en meer dan voldoende. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam

Kemal House was very good. Nice place and great location. Breakfast was amazing. And the staff super nice and gave very good advise. We strongly recommend Kemal House.

Изключително любезни домакини. Помогнаха за полет с балон. Много добра закуска, солено, сладко, кафе ,чай, сок, плодове и зеленчуци. Хотелът е на много добро местоположение, на тиха улица, близо до замъка. Лесен достъп с кола от главния път. Има място за паркиране пред хотела. Много чисто . Много ни хареса артистичния стил на интериора. Навсякъде има оригинални картини. В стаята е уютно. Има спалня, легло, кът с две кресла и масичка, малък хладилник и електрическа кана, кафе,чай и много картини. Качествено бельо и кърпи, козметика в банята Има малък балкон с прекрасна гледка към замъка и кът с кресла и масичка. Насладихме се на престоя. Препоръчваме. Благодарности на домакините.

I stayed at Kemal Stone House with my 80-year-old mother. My original booking was for the Hydro Cave Suite, but the owner informed me that there was an issue with that property and relocated us to Kemal Stone House instead, assuring me that I would receive a refund for the difference. Upon arrival, we were first placed in a second-floor room with steep stairs and no handrails, which was unsuitable for my elderly mother. After raising this concern, we were moved to a ground-floor room. Unfortunately, during our four-night stay, the room was not cleaned or restocked even once, and we had to obtain basic items such as toilet paper from the reception restroom. The owner, who is a close associate of the Hydro Cave Suite proprietor, requested payment in cash to offer a “lower rate,” despite the fact that I had not yet received the promised refund. No invoice or receipt was provided for the payment. Later, it was confirmed that there was no actual issue with Hydro Cave Suite, and that it was simply cheaper to accommodate us at Kemal Stone House. As of now, I have not received my refund, as the owners have failed to confirm to the booking supplier that the change of accommodation was initiated by them. Overall, the situation was handled in an unprofessional and misleading manner, and I would strongly advise future guests to exercise caution and ensure written confirmation of all arrangements before proceeding with any booking.
